Refund Policy

At Site Shine Commercial Cleaning (“Site Shine,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), we strive to deliver high-quality cleaning services to our clients. This Refund Policy explains how deposits, payments, cancellations, and refunds are handled. By booking services with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Deposits

  • A deposit may be required to secure your cleaning appointment or project.

  • All deposits are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in writing.

  • Deposits will be applied toward the total cost of the service.

2. Payments

  • Full payment is due as outlined in your service agreement or invoice.

  • We accept payments via [insert accepted methods: e.g., credit card, ACH, check].

3. Cancellations

  • Clients must provide at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a booked service.

  • Failure to provide timely notice may result in loss of deposit or additional cancellation fees.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds will only be considered in cases where Site Shine is unable to provide the agreed-upon service.

  • Refunds are not issued for completed services.

  • If a partial refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

5. No-Show Policy

  • If the client is unavailable or access to the property is not provided at the scheduled time, the appointment will be treated as a no-show. Deposits and payments made will not be refunded.

6. Service Quality Concerns

  • If you are dissatisfied with the quality of our cleaning, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue, which may include a re-clean of the affected area.

  • Refunds are not guaranteed and will only be considered at our discretion after all resolution efforts have been exhausted.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with the “Last Updated” date revised accordingly.

Refund Policy - the basics

Having said that, a Refund Policy is a legally binding document that is meant to establish the legal relations between you and your customers regarding how and if you will provide them with a refund. Online businesses selling products are sometimes required (depending on local laws and regulations) to present their product return policy and refund policy. In some jurisdictions, this is needed in order to comply with consumer protection laws. It may also help you avoid legal claims from customers that are not satisfied with the products they purchased.
